Yes, when arrival, documentation, sorting, and pickup are coordinated in advance and no discrepancies are identified.
Can freight be divided among several destinations?
Yes. We can deconsolidate and sort by destination when quantities, labels, and documents for each shipment are provided in advance.
Can products from different suppliers be consolidated?
Yes, subject to scheduling, product compatibility, correct identification, and approved consolidation instructions.
What happens if units are missing or products arrive damaged?
We document the discrepancy according to the agreed scope and wait for instructions before proceeding with affected units.
Does the service include outbound transportation?
Coordination can be included, but transportation charges are quoted separately based on origin, destination, weight, volume, and selected service.
Does the quote include storage?
Cross-docking includes a short dwell time. If the freight must remain longer, storage conditions and rates apply.
