Privacy
Privacy Policy
Explains how TuBoleto collects, uses, shares, stores and protects personal information across its websites, marketplace, logistics operations, Vendor Dashboard, WMS, Product Assessment, integrations and related services.
How These Documents Work Together
The International Vendor & Services Terms form the core international Vendor framework. The other policies and operating terms supplement those terms for specific services and activities.
A Vendor may also receive a quotation, service order, pricing schedule, SLA, marketplace addendum or other written agreement containing service-specific commercial terms.
Where a specifically negotiated written agreement conflicts with a general policy, the specifically negotiated agreement may prevail with respect to the matter it expressly addresses.
Current Commercial Information
Service-specific pricing, storage rates, fulfillment rates, receiving fees, transportation charges, minimums, payment schedules, service levels and other commercial details may be established in TuBoleto’s current quotations, pricing schedules, service orders or account plans.
