TuBoleto may compare and coordinate courier or freight options. A licensed broker handles brokerage or clearance where required.

Receiving and TuBoleto Operations
After customs release and delivery, purchased services may include receiving, inspection, warehousing, inventory, labelling, kitting, fulfillment, returns and distribution.
Vendor responsibility: The international vendor remains the Importer of Record and is responsible for its importer account, products, information and declarations, duties, taxes and compliance obligations. The vendor pays freight, brokerage and other third-party charges unless otherwise agreed in writing. TuBoleto is not a customs broker and does not guarantee registration, release, admissibility, classification, permits or regulatory approval.

No. When licensed customs brokerage or clearance services are required, TuBoleto coordinates the process with properly licensed customs partners.
Which shipping methods are available?
Options may include courier, air freight, consolidated freight and ocean freight depending on shipment size, origin, timeline and requirements.
Can imported inventory support multiple sales channels?
Yes. Approved shipments can be received into Canadian inventory and then support marketplace, ecommerce, B2B, retail and other multichannel fulfillment and distribution workflows.

Importer setup, optional launch implementation and scoped logistics coordination
Importer Setup Assistance remains a separate CAD $299 administrative service for BN, RM import/export and CARM guidance and broker readiness. It is distinct from basic TuBoleto vendor onboarding, which is included.
Substantial freight/import/logistics coordination is paid when requested and is quoted based on the shipment or project scope. Canada Launch Implementation is optional and custom-scoped; it is not a mandatory setup fee or fixed package.
The international vendor remains Importer of Record and retains responsibility for importer accounts, declarations, duties, taxes and product compliance. TuBoleto is not a customs broker.
