Frequently asked questions

Before Packaging or Repackaging

Can TuBoleto provide cartons and materials?

Yes. The brand can supply them, or TuBoleto can coordinate their purchase. Materials, specifications, and costs must be approved before work begins.

Is there a minimum quantity?

It depends on the product, materials, preparation time, and frequency. We can assess pilot runs, small batches, and recurring programs.

Can you replace damaged packaging?

We can assess reboxing or reconditioning when the product is in acceptable condition and approved replacement packaging is available.

Can you work with food, cosmetics, or other regulated products?

We can evaluate these products, but applicable Canadian requirements must be met. Repackaging does not replace regulatory review, mandatory labelling, or required licences.

Can products be prepared for marketplaces or retail?

Yes. When the brand provides the applicable channel requirements, packaging can be combined with labelling, marketplace preparation, Amazon FBA preparation where applicable, or retail compliance requirements.

Does the quote include materials, storage and transportation?

The proposal will clearly state what is included. Materials, storage, special handling, and transportation can be quoted separately.
