TuBoleto Global Start in Canada
Inspection and quality control

Verify your inventory before selling, storing, or distributing

TuBoleto inspects quantities, condition, damage, packaging, product codes, lots, and expiry dates to document the condition of inventory received in Canada.

Inspections are completed according to predefined criteria and an agreed sampling plan.

The inspection documents visible observations within the approved scope. It does not replace technical certification, regulatory review, or laboratory analysis.

Frequently asked questions

Before beginning the inspection

Does the inspection need to cover every unit?

Not necessarily. We can inspect 100% of the units or an agreed sample. The brand must define the sample size and inspection criteria before work begins.

Does the inspection confirm that the product complies with all Canadian regulations?

No. The inspection documents visible conditions and agreed checks. It does not replace regulatory review, certifications, testing, or laboratory analysis.

What does a photo report include?

The scope can include general photos, of reviewed units, damage, codes, lots, dates or packages. The quantity and level of detail is defined in the quote.

What happens to damaged or non-compliant units?

We can identify and separate them while awaiting instructions for repacking, return, disposition, or forwarding. No additional action is performed without approval.

Can you verify product codes, lots, and expiry dates?

Yes. When the information is visible and included in the approved scope, we can record product codes, lots, expiry dates, and basic barcode scanning results. We do not validate external databases unless separately agreed.

The quote includes storage, repacking or transportation?

The proposal will clearly state what is included. Storage, materials, repacking, returns, and transportation can be quoted separately.
